The PNVMO is one of two events (the other is the MATH-Inic Vedic Mathematics National Challenge) organized by MATH-Inic Philippines to prepare Filipino Mathletes to compete in the International Vedic Math Olympiad (IVMO). This year’s IVMO 2024 is scheduled on November 30, 2024.
James Glover, founder and chair of the Institute for the Advancement of Vedic Mathematics (IAVM), a British-registered charity dedicated to the promotion of Vedic Mathematics worldwide, will be coming to the Philippines on August 15, 2024 for the 5th Inspirational Maths from India (IMI V).
The Inspirational Maths from India series, a joint project of IAVM and MATH-Inic Philippines, started in 2018 with seminars/workshops at the Palawan State University, San Pablo Central School and University of the Philippines- Diliman campus.

The Lilavati Poetry Contest showcases student creativity in maths through poetry. Judging is based on maths concepts, technical skills, creativity and writing style
A total of 3,813 mathletes from all over the Philippines participated in the 4th MATH-Inic Vedic Mathematics National Challenge (4th MVMNC) which was held online last April 20 and 21, 2024.
This was more than twice the 1,835 who joined in last years 3rd MVMNC, indicating the fast -growing popularity of Vedic Math in the Philippines.
Since 2021, MATH-Inic Philippines annually organizes two annual national competitions to promote Vedic Mathematics(VM) in Philippine schools:
